EMPLOYMENT
Elder Service Agency has full-time (35 hours/week) Case Manager, Registered Nurse and Resident Service Coordinator positions available working with frail and disabled elders in the community.
Case Manager should have a BA in Human Services or related field. Experience working with elders desirable, a driver’s license and means of transportation.
Resident Services Coordinator Responsibilities include: to assess and determine program eligibility for supportive service living and coordination of marketing and monitoring of the development’s on-site services. Qualifications: BA in Human Service or MA R.N.’s license required. Two years experience working with elders required. A driver’s license and registered and insured vehicle necessary.
RN position available to the right candidate. Experience working with elders in the community necessary, to complete in-home assessments of service need, determine program eligibility, monitor service plans, and relate with community agencies. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience in community nursing with the elder and/or disabled populations. Qualifications: A BSN preferred. Also, a Massachusetts RN and Motor Vehicle license and fully registered and insured automobile a must. Enjoy nights, weekends, and holidays with your family.
